6 cucharadas soperas de azúcar 2 cucharadas soperas de agua 1 vasito pequeño de agua caliente unas gotas de zumo de limón Procedimiento:
Poner en un cazo u olla el azúcar, el jugo de limón y las dos cucharadas de agua. Poner a fuego fuerte removiendo de vez en cuando para que no se pegue. Cuando tenga un color dorado, pero nunca oscuro, porque amarga, sacar del fuego sin apagarlo, y con mucho cuidado, porque puede saltar, añadir el agua bien caliente. Cocer durante cinco minutos, vigilando que no se pegue. Dejar entibiar y añadir a la preparación.
